There are three ways to use your essential oils—topically, internally and aromatically.
Using oils topically with roller bottles makes them easy to dilute with your favorite carrier oil! Perfect for tossing in your bag and taking with you throughout the day. You can also apply oils neat, start with 1-2 drops and apply directly to your skin (like on your wrists, neck or feet).
The Young Living vitality line of oils allows us to confidently ingest oils to see their incredible benefits. You can add oils to a vegetable capsule, to your tea and use them while cooking, for example. Real talk: you'll find that some oily friends will add a few drops of peppermint or lemon to their water during the day. Personally, I would find a way to incorporate vitality oils with an emulsifier so that you are not ingesting all of the oil sitting on top of your water all at once.
Our sense of smell is 10,000 times more sensitive than any of our other senses and the effects of it can be felt immediately. Diffusing is a wonderful way to use our essential oils. It allows you to enjoy the scent as well as the health benefits.
